Outstanding Commitment Awards: Poverty Alliviation

Poverty Alleviation

The Poverty Alleviation commitments feature the most diverse group of solutions put forth by our CGI U members. International and domestic student commitments will implement strategies to lift communities and individuals out of poverty through: microfinance and microenterprise, the expansion of employment opportunities for communities and women, and piloting mobile technologies to facilitate information-sharing in rural communities.

The following CGI U Outstanding Commitment Award winners for Poverty Alleviation received grants made available by the Pat Tillman Foundation’s Social Action Fund.
